初(chu)入職(zhi)(zhi)場的“小白”,工(gong)作(zuo)咋上手、職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)發展咋規(gui)劃(hua)?“職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)倦(juan)怠期”如何(he)煥新工(gong)作(zuo)狀(zhuang)態?即(ji)將離崗退休,還想發揮余熱(re),應該找誰?日(ri)前,山東省總工(gong)會出臺關(guan)于實施“齊魯職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)樂(le)業(ye)工(gong)程”的意(yi)見,為處于不同階段的職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)解(jie)決“職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)之(zhi)困(kun)”提供(gong)指南。

10月11日上午(wu),省總工(gong)(gong)(gong)會舉行新(xin)聞發(fa)布會,介紹“齊(qi)魯職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)樂(le)(le)業(ye)(ye)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)”有(you)關(guan)情況。省總工(gong)(gong)(gong)會副主席(xi)卯金濤介紹,“齊(qi)魯職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)樂(le)(le)業(ye)(ye)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)”把(ba)握職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)在不同階段的(de)核心(xin)訴求,提供更精(jing)準(zhun)、更有(you)效(xiao)的(de)全(quan)周期服務(wu),推動實現“樂(le)(le)業(ye)(ye)”促“安(an)居”,“安(an)居”促“樂(le)(le)業(ye)(ye)”的(de)良性(xing)循環。據(ju)了(le)解,“齊(qi)魯職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)樂(le)(le)業(ye)(ye)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)”包括職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)啟航工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)、職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)賦能(neng)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)、安(an)業(ye)(ye)陪(pei)伴工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)、興業(ye)(ye)攀(pan)登工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)、職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)煥新(xin)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)、職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)晚霞工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)等(deng)6個(ge)子工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng),涵蓋技能(neng)培訓、法律服務(wu)、工(gong)(gong)(gong)匠培育等(deng)23個(ge)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作項目(mu)。

從(cong)工(gong)(gong)作到生活、從(cong)個人發展到家庭關懷,“齊魯職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)樂業工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)”將為(wei)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)提供(gong)全方(fang)位服(fu)務。比如,在“全心惠工(gong)(gong)”項目中,推出(chu)一系列具(ju)體(ti)舉措:推動(dong)(dong)(dong)有條件有需求的(de)用人單(dan)位開辦寒暑假職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)子女托管(guan)班;針對困難企業職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)、下崗職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)、農民工(gong)(gong)、新就(jiu)業形態勞動(dong)(dong)(dong)者等(deng)群(qun)體(ti)開展健康體(ti)檢;持(chi)續開展心理(li)健康服(fu)務、會聚良緣(yuan)婚戀(lian)交友(you)等(deng)活動(dong)(dong)(dong)。

“通過(guo)構建覆(fu)蓋(gai)職(zhi)(zhi)工全職(zhi)(zhi)業周(zhou)期的服務體系,將(jiang)職(zhi)(zhi)工職(zhi)(zhi)業發(fa)展的重(zhong)要事項(xiang)以(yi)項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)的形式(shi)予以(yi)明確,為(wei)用人(ren)單位提供(gong)行動指引,使用人(ren)單位知曉‘做(zuo)什么’‘怎么做(zuo)’。”卯金(jin)濤說,實施入會(hui)進(jin)(jin)家、民(min)主管(guan)理、薪資(zi)保障、暖新(xin)關愛等(deng)(deng)項(xiang)目(mu)(mu),健(jian)全了制(zhi)度(du)機(ji)制(zhi),明確了工作推(tui)進(jin)(jin)的目(mu)(mu)標(biao)路徑(jing)、方法載體,讓用人(ren)單位有(you)章(zhang)可循(xun)。技能培訓、職(zhi)(zhi)工創新(xin)等(deng)(deng)項(xiang)目(mu)(mu),幫助提升(sheng)(sheng)職(zhi)(zhi)工職(zhi)(zhi)業素(su)質,為(wei)企業轉(zhuan)型(xing)升(sheng)(sheng)級和技術進(jin)(jin)步提供(gong)人(ren)才(cai)支持。
